What is your return policy?

Our return policy only applies to jewelry made from Sterling Silver. We offer a 7 Day Return for all customers around the world. Your return window will start from the day your order was delivered/ picked up.

To qualify for a return: 

  • Items must be in their original state, without any signs of wear and tear
  • Items must be returned by mail in original packaging (tags, box and polishing cloth included). Jewelry with tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in the refund not being processed

Non-returnable: 

  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons

Please note that all sales for jewelry made from other metals are final and cannot be returned. As such, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. How much is the return shipping fee? Is the fee refundable?

The return shipping fee varies depending on the country you live in. To determine the exact shipping fee, contact your local postal services. Please note that you would have to use a shipping method that provides tracking capabilities. This requirement ensures that we can monitor the shipment's progress, reducing the risk of your item getting lost during transit.

Please note that you would be responsible for the return shipping fee and it is not refundable.

What is the processing fee for returns? 

A fee of $20 (USD) per item returned will be deducted from your refundable amount. This helps to cover labour hours and costs associated to fulfil your initial order. 

When will I receive my refund?

We will conduct an inspection on your returned item within 7 business days from when we receive the item. If processed and approved, we will email you with a confirmation, indicating the total refundable amount. 

Please note butidkhername cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Depending on your bank/ PayPal account, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer 7 day exchanges for all customers. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy above. Our exchange policy only applies to jewelry made from Sterling Silver. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. 

If you wish to exchange to a different item, you will need to pay the price difference.
