What does your Warranty cover?

Warranty Coverage:

For a duration of one (1) year from the date of purchase, our warranty offers you protection against any defects in materials and craftsmanship. Please submit your warranty request using this form. Kindly indicate your order number and a brief description of the damage. 

Exclusions from coverage are loss of items, wear-and-tear that arise from regular use (such as a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of the jewelry, accidental damage and any alterations to the jewelry conducted by an external third party not affiliated with Butidkhername Jewelry.
