Shipping policy
We provide worldwide tracked shipping and work with credible shipping partners (e.g., USPS, Singpost, etc.).

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process and ship your orders. All orders can be tracked.
Order Confirmation.
When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 15 minutes. Please make sure you've indicated a valid and active email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you may reach out to us at info@butidkhername.com
Order Shipped.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email from us indicating the tracking ID. You may use this to track your order reliably.
Address Correction Fees.
- If you correct your address within 24 hours from when your order was placed and your order has not been shipped out yet. It will be free of charge.
- If you correct your address after 24 hours from when your order was placed and your order has not been shipped out yet. A processing fee of $10 USD will be incurred.
- If your address is wrong and your order has already been shipped out, the package will be returned to us upon failed delivery attempts. The time for the package to make its way back to us will vary. You will then be subjected to shipping fees again and a processing fee ($10 USD) if you want your order to be shipped back out to you.
Please ensure you enter the correct address to avoid all these complications! Email us at info@butidkhername.com as soon as you realise that you have entered the wrong address. Kindly note that we cannot be responsible for any lost mail due to incorrect addresses.
